Kibo Farm is a small family farm on Sonoma Mountain near Santa Rosa, partnered with Belden Barns, where vegetables and tree fruits are grown on five acres using organic principles and practices. Named for the Japanese word kibo (keebōh), meaning “wish” or “hope,” the farm produces heirloom tomatoes, melons, lettuce, baby corn, specialty Asian vegetables, and storage crops, while the orchard offers more than 25 apple varieties and 30+ pears, plums, peaches, quince, and citrus. Most of the harvest is available through the F.E.E.D. Cooperative and select restaurants.
